Returns Policy


For your peace of mind we have a return policy set out as below. Please read it carefully, we are here to help you.

Engraved Products Return Policy: 

We love to see our customers share their story with the word that inspire them. However, engraved items are final sale. Please contact Customer Care within 30 days of purchase if there is an error in your engraving.

Products that are not engraved Return Policy: 

If you have purchased a watch from Champion, Contributor or Supporter, it’s your responsibility to shorten the links at your suitable size. However, once you do this, you will not be able to return your product so choose carefully. 

We accept returns for any reason – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. All items must be returned in retail quality, unworn and with original tags attached. We will only refund or give a store gift voucher once we have received the goods.

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date and return to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and United States are free, for rest of the world costs be at the expense of the customer.

- Items purchased at full price can be returned for a Refund or a store gift voucher 
- All sale items can only be returned for a store gift voucher  
- If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Repair, Refund, a store gift voucher or Exchange, at our discretion.

Returns will be issued with a store gift voucher for the sale value of the item being returned.

This store gift voucher will have a unique code so that when selecting your replacement watch, the unique code will need to be entered when checking out, to receive your value.

Terms and Conditions are:-

  • The gift voucher can only be used once
  • There is NO REFUND or RESIDUAL value if the value of your purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher
  • Gift Voucher will expire after two years from date of issue 

No change of mind, refund, a store gift voucher, or exchanges after 30 days. If you wish to return any items to us. You are liable for any damage or loss during the transit of the package. Any refund, a store gift voucher or exchanges will only be made on proof of purchase. When you are returning the product, please make sure you put the invoice inside the parcel and order information that you received when you purchased the product. When returning the product, if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Luxiani has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. We recommend that you choose courier that have track and trace and insurance option to remedy for the loss or damage to the item.

Order Cancellation: 

 We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. Please live chat or email support@luxiani.com to make this request. Please note, we start processing your order as soon as you click "complete order." During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it begins fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
