We will dispatch your order within four working days from the time you place the order with us. If it’s public holiday in New Zealand, the order will be delayed by one business working day. Delivery to New Zealand takes 1-4 Business days; Australia takes 3-7 business days; and Rest of the world will be between 9 - 12 working days.
We can only ship your product after the payment has been made. After we have dispatched your order, we will send you the shipping information with your tracking number within 5 business days of placing the order. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide the correct delivery address when you order from us, and that someone is available to receive it or to arrange a pick up from the courier company. If no one is at your house, your local delivery person may leave the parcel at your doorstep or the card left in your mailbox which outline the courier attempted to deliver your parcel. Please make sure your billing and shipping address are the same, otherwise there could be a delay in shipping your product.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to your products after they are dispatched. Please contact New Zealand Post or Australian Post or your local postal service to ensure that you get your product on time, or if you have any queries regarding the shipping. We will do our best to ensure you get your product, however, if for any reasons you do not receive your product, we will give you refund, a store voucher or replacement after we have received confirmation that product is being returned, or once the product has been returned to us. If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Luxiani has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

Delivery of products is free to Australia and New Zealand via standard shipping and rest of the world is free.
CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES AND EXPENSES
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information please contact your local customs office.
You may not assume that orders are binding upon Luxiani, until such orders have been so acknowledged and accepted. Invoices are due within the time period depicted on the invoice, and terms of payment are within the company's sole discretion. You are responsible for sales tax and every other tax related with the order. You may place your order request for goods from the site by following the instructions on our online order page. Once you have successfully placed your order, Luxiani will send you an email acknowledgement that provides you with the value of your order (which has been debited to your credit/debit card) and other relevant details. We will use best endeavours to deliver your order within the timeframe (if any) indicated on the Website.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is placed on the site if the ordered item is discontinued, out of stock, or becomes unavailable for any other reason. When we cancel an order, Luxiani will send the purchasing customer an email to that effect and will not charge for the order. If our order is cancelled after your payment account has been charged, we will re-issue a credit to your credit card to the value of the initial charge within 10 to 20 working days. We also reserve the right, and may exercise such, to limit the sales of our merchandise and/or Services to any individual, or geographical region, and will exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We may also limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
